CULLY NET ZERO

Designed for and artist and contractor/musician, this environmentally friendly house integrates performance and aesthetics.  Passive House certification is a primary goal for this couple and the home is intentionally designed and detailed to provide the highest levels of energy efficiency, air quality, and occupant comfort with benefits of lower energy costs and reduced environmental impacts.  The house is located in Portland's Cully neighborhood, so connections to their large backyard and a Pacific Northwest Modern feel was equally important.  Woven into the design are a universally accessible first floor, outdoor and indoor gathering spaces, creative workshops, and a large outdoor covered deck.  A separate ADU and Workshop, part of phase I of this project are already completed.  Follow our progress on Instagram #cullynetzero
